  The food was excellent, and I love BYOB restaurants. However the service we received in our first thirty minutes was lacking - the host herded us downstairs and waved us vaguely towards our table while on the phone. We didn't receive our menus for another 10 minutes, a breadbasket for another 5 minutes after that, and our order was taken about 25 minutes after we were seated. Our servers seemed nice, but were benignly neglectful.
